AFY Exports LLC is a Nevada-based import/export company that sources heavyweight knitted garments from Pakistan and delivers them, finished and customs-cleared, to buyers across the United States.

Our family has been in garment manufacturing and export for over 20 years, running factory floors and fabric relationships in Pakistan long before AFY existed. AFY Exports was built to put that experience to work for US brands directly — a straightforward bridge between manufacturers we already trust and buyers who just want the process to be simple.

We work directly with manufacturing partners who specialize in heavyweight knits, giving brands access to a fabric weight and hand-feel that's hard to source domestically at the same price point — with full control over wash and dye finishing.

AFY itself came together in the heart of Silicon Valley, Bay Area, where co-founders Affan and Abdullah paired that manufacturing background with the sourcing and freight pieces needed to serve US buyers, before AFY ever shipped a single carton.

Our first completed shipment moved acid-washed heavyweight garments from Pakistan to a US buyer via air freight, cleared through US customs, and delivered ready for resale. That's the process we run for every client.

Typically 100–500 units for a first run, depending on the product and finish. Reach out with your specs and we'll confirm what's realistic for your order.
How long does an order take from confirmation to delivery?
Roughly 6–10 weeks from confirmed order to delivery in the US, covering production, finishing, freight, and customs clearance. Timelines can shift based on wash/finish complexity and freight method.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full run?
Yes. We produce samples for approval before committing to full production, so you can confirm fit, fabric, and finish before placing the order.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed per order based on volume and specs. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.
What wash and finish options do you offer?
Acid-wash, enzyme-wash, and pigment-dye finishing, applied to heavyweight knitted garments — tees, long sleeves, hoodies, and fleece.
Where do you ship, and who handles customs?
We currently ship from Pakistan to US buyers, with freight and customs clearance handled end-to-end by our logistics partners. UK shipping is in the works — ask if you're outside the US.
